Hungary Tango Festival

Come, dance, laugh and have fun with us for three days and nights. This is the Hungary Tango Festival.

The venue is the wonderful ballroom of Anna Ball, where we have Tango Ball, evening and afternoon milongas, afterparties, guided practice, all at amazing package prices. Are you interested in Tango de Salon, nuevo or Canjengue? In case you would like to study as well, there will be 40 tango teachers and 22 workshops.

Venue

The venue is the ballroom of the Anna Grand Hotel, where the world-famous Anna Ball of Balatonfüred has been held since 1824.

The Anna Grand Hotel is a neoclassical-style building with lots of additional feature. It has an amazing wellness with swimming pool, spa, hot tub, Finnish sauna, infra sauna and steam bath, and there is even a bowling alley!

Tango Dance Schools

Teachers

Many dance schools in Hungary are represented at the festival both from Budapest and fom the countryside. Everyone is holding one workshop to do their best so you can taste their teaching styles and techniques.

The courses were carefully designed so this way everyone can find the right option. With 40 instructors, you can choose between different type of classes, like canjengue, tango de salon, nuevo. The subjects of the workshops will be uploaded in couple of days.

Let’s start with the most important thing, if you just come dancing, for the price of a wellness weekend, you get a Tango Ball and get 7 milongas.

It is possible to just join for a milonga or a class but you should look around at the package options. There are three types of packages you can choose from: “ONLY CLASSES AND MILONGAS” packages, or MILONGA and TANGO packages with hotel accommodations with or without workshops.
